A lovely garden escape

The hotel boasts a stunning garden courtyard, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly, enhancing the overall experience with their welcoming demeanor.

Unfortunately, the room had some issues with the air conditioning and was a bit noisy due to plumbing. These minor inconveniences did detract from an otherwise beautiful stay.

Had a cracking time! The room was decent, clean, and even had a nifty wee kettle. Staff were pure brilliant, sorting bags quick as a flash. Only downside was the location, a bit far from the city centre, but the tram made it easy enough. Braw stay overall!

the milano is a charming old building with a great location for transport and nearby restaurants. the friendly staff really stood out, especially the receptionists who were always helpful. the garden courtyard is a lovely spot to unwind after exploring.

Despite the positive aspects, the outdated amenities left something to be desired, especially in the bathroom where the plumbing noises seemed to echo throughout the night, disrupting sleep. the lack of local dining options made it a bit of a trek to find a satisfying meal, which can feel inconvenient after a long day of exploring. The distance from the city center and surrounding area's appearance could be off-putting to some.

The hotel is a beautiful old building with a nice garden area that had plants and a fountain which made for a peaceful morning.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the experience provided.

Charming Vintage Experience with Unique Touches

During my two-night stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the vintage atmosphere of the hotel, highlighted by its historical facade and the charming old key system. The spacious Economy Double Room had comfortable beds, and the elegantly decorated bathroom offered a great shower experience. While the location is a bit farther from the city center, the close proximity to tram routes made it easy to explore. a slight improvement in refreshing room amenities would enhance the overall experience.

Our Economy Double Room was spacious and comfy, with comfortable beds and a nice fridge. The bathroom had a lovely marble stone that made it feel upscale. We also had an electric window shutter, which was a neat touch. The little balcony overlooked a romantic garden, but it was a bit small to hang out on comfortably. it was decent, but you wouldn’t want to spend too much downtime in there due to the cramped feel.
